Általános szerződési feltételek
Welcome to Tour Reservation. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, obligations, and guarantees that apply to every tour booking, excursion reservation, and service coordinated through our portal.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or completing a reservation on Tour Reservation (https://tourreservationlink.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Silven Internacional SRL (RNC: 132169052, RUT: AV-AITE-3002-02719). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not book or use our travel services.
The lead traveler booking on behalf of a group or family certifies that they possess full authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all participants listed on the reservation.
2. Booking Process & Electronic Vouchers
All bookings made online undergo rapid verification. Upon receiving your reservation request:
- •Voucher Issuance: An electronic booking voucher with detailed pickup times, meeting points, guide contacts, and QR/booking reference numbers is sent via Email and WhatsApp.
- •Accuracy Verification: Travelers are responsible for checking voucher details (dates, pickup resort/villa, and group numbers) and immediately notifying support of discrepancies.
3. Pricing, Deposits & Flexible Payments
All tour prices are quoted transparently in USD with clearly listed inclusions (e.g., national park tickets, boat transfers, buffet lunch, certified guide, hydration drinks).
4. Cancellation & 100% Weather Refund Guarantee
We believe travelers deserve fair, predictable cancellation rules:
5. Traveler Health & Safety Guidelines
Certain ecological excursions involve physical activity, including rainforest trekking, cave exploration, and speed boat travel.
- Travelers must inform us of any serious medical conditions (cardiac, respiratory, severe mobility constraints, or pregnancy).
- Life jackets are mandatory on all boat and catamaran transfers and must remain securely fastened throughout navigation.
- Instructions delivered by our certified local guides during safety briefings must be strictly observed at all times.
6. Environmental Protection & National Parks
As official advocates of Dominican Republic national parks (including Los Haitises, Cayo Levantado, and Sanctuary areas), we enforce strict eco-care:
- Leave No Trace: Discarding plastic, wrappers, or trash in mangroves, caves, or sea waters is strictly forbidden.
- Preserve Cultural Heritage: Ancient Taíno pictographs and cave formations must never be touched, scratched, or defaced.
- Wildlife Respect: Feeding or disturbing nesting birds, manatees, dolphins, or humpback whales is strictly prohibited under Dominican environmental law.
7. Certified Guides & Local Transportation
All tours coordinated through Tour Reservation are conducted by licensed professional guides accredited by the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism (MITUR). All maritime vessels and ground transfer vans adhere to official safety standards and carry commercial passenger insurance.
8. Limitation of Liability & Travel Insurance
While we maintain the highest diligence and partner exclusively with accredited local providers, outdoor adventures carry inherent natural risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silven Internacional SRL shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, or flight disruptions resulting from force majeure events, severe tropical weather, or individual traveler negligence.
We strongly recommend that all international travelers obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering trip interruption, emergency medical care, and adventure activities prior to their departure.
9. Intellectual Property & Site Usage
All content, itinerary descriptions, photographs, graphics, software, and brand assets featured on Tour Reservation are the property of Silven Internacional SRL or its licensors and are protected under international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, automated scraping, or commercial resale of content is prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any booking agreements entered into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
In the event of any question or dispute, parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through good-faith direct consultation with our concierge team. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of the Dominican Republic.
