Your adventure begins at the Samana port, where you will board a boat to cross the bay toward Los Haitises National Park. As you enter the park, you’ll be surrounded by a "Jurassic Park" style landscape of emerald waters and dense vegetation. You will visit the famous Linea and Arena caves, where you can walk through deep caverns to view original Taíno pictographs and petroglyphs—ancient art left behind by the island's first inhabitants. After the walking portion of the tour, you will cruise through the largest mangrove system in the Caribbean. To top off the day, you’ll head to the iconic Cayo Levantado (Bacardi Island) for a delicious local lunch and some free time to enjoy the crystal-clear waters before returning to Samana.
