Your adventure begins at 7:15 AM in Drake Bay, where your guide outfits you with snorkeling gear and prepares you for the day. After boarding the boat, enjoy a scenic ride of approximately 45 minutes to Caño Island, known for its clear waters and exceptionally rich underwater biodiversity.
Upon arrival, you’ll jump into the water for your first 45–60 minute snorkeling session, exploring coral formations and observing the colorful marine life that inhabits this protected reserve. After a short rest on the island, you’ll continue with a second snorkeling session at a different reef location.
The tour then continues to San Josecito Beach, one of the region’s most beautiful coastal spots, where you’ll have 30–40 minutes to relax, swim, or take photos. Finally, the boat returns to Drake Bay around 1:30 PM, where a satisfying lunch awaits at a local restaurant — the perfect ending to your half-day marine adventure.
