The adventure begins with about a 1-hour boat ride from Drake Bay to Isla del Caño. During the ride, you may see dolphins, and in season, migrating whales. Once you arrive at the island, there are two snorkeling sessions in different marine areas — each lasting roughly 45–60 minutes. Between the snorkels, there is a 35-minute break on a pristine beach near the island’s ranger station. After the second snorkeling session, the boat heads to a nearby beach where a delicious picnic lunch awaits. After lunch, you return to Drake Bay for the end of the tour.
