Here, you will interact with local sellers and select fresh herbs and spices needed for your class. Next, find peace on the water as you board a traditional basket boat. You’ll glide through the "Bay Mau" coconut forest, learning the history of the area and even attempting to catch purple crabs.

The adventure culminates at a local eco-villa for your cooking workshop. Under the guidance of a talented chef, you will learn to make iconic dishes such as Bánh Xèo (rice pancakes) and Phở (noodle soup).
