Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Monteverde, followed by a ride in a gently ascending tram. As you rise through the forest canopy, your guide points out the diverse plants and animals that thrive in this high-altitude ecosystem. When you reach two observation platforms, you’ll enjoy sweeping, panoramic views — on clear days, you might even see distant lowlands or coastline.

Next, you embark on the “sky walk”: a guided walk above the forest floor, crossing suspension bridges that weave between towering trees. The slow pace allows you to really soak in the cloud forest’s vegetation and perhaps spot birds or small mammals nestled in the canopy.

Finally comes the highlight for many: the zip-lining segment.
