Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up from the Manuel Antonio / Quepos area. |+1 From there you travel inland to the stables (about 20 km from the coast), where you receive riding instructions, safety briefing, and a bit of practice time to get comfortable.
Once saddled up, you ride along forested trails through primary rainforest and mountain terrain. The ride is gentle and suitable for all experience levels — even first-time riders. As you go, you’ll enjoy dense jungle surroundings, chance encounters with wildlife (birds, reptiles, maybe monkeys), and wide valley views.
After about 90 minutes you reach a stunning waterfall. You get to rest, relax by the water, or swim if you wish — a perfect natural reward after the ride. Then you ride back through the forest and finish at the stables.
