Once we’ve gathered our fresh ingredients, we head to the kitchen, put on our aprons, and get to work!

The workshop is fully interactive. You will be guided through the preparation of traditional dishes, including the famous shredded beef "Ropa Vieja" and the classic rice and beans "Moros y Cristianos."
