? Full Description
Your journey begins early in the morning with a van transfer from your accommodation to the marina at Bayahibe. Here, you board a spacious catamaran, setting sail around 9 AM toward Catalina Island. On the way, admire the scenic Chavón River, known for its role in Hollywood films.
Upon arrival at Catalina, you’ll have roughly 45 minutes to snorkel in the reef area known as The Wall (“La Pared”). The underwater ecosystem is rich, with colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and vibrant marine plants. Snorkeling gear (masks, tubes, life jackets) is provided.
After snorkeling, you’ll head to a beautiful beach on the island. There, you’ll spend about 2.5 hours relaxing: enjoy a buffet-style Dominican lunch, sip drinks from an open bar, and lounge on sunbeds under the sun.
Later in the afternoon (~ 2:30 PM), the catamaran departs for the return trip, arriving back in Bayahibe around 4:30 PM, followed by the transfer to your accommodation.
