? After hotel pickup, you’ll receive a safety briefing and get ready to take off in your all-terrain buggy. Drive past plantations where sugar-cane and other crops are grown, learning about rural life in the Dominican Republic. Feel the adrenaline as you navigate muddy trails and cross rivers under the tropical canopy. You’ll arrive at the majestic Chavón River—famous as a film-location—where you’ll have the chance to stop, rest and swim in the clear waters. Then visit a local ranch or plantation, taste freshly cut sugar-cane, sample locally-produced coffee and chocolate, and soak up the authentic Dominican countryside atmosphere. Finally you’ll return to your starting point and be dropped back at your hotel, full of memories of your buggy safari.
